Low Calorie Tomato Tofu Rice

· Blue Meal Recipe

Ingredients

  • Tomato
  • Cauliflower
  • Egg
  • 1 spoon soy sauce
  • 1 spoon tomato sauce
  • 1 spoon oyster sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garlic

Direction

  1. Wash the cauliflower, then dice it into tiny bits, as replacement for rice
  2. Peel the tomato and cut it into little blocks
  3. Break the egg and stir well in a bowl, then fry on the pan
  4. Put in sufficient amount of oil into the pan and place in small amount of diced garlic with high fire
  5. Put in tomatos until juice comes out
  6. Put in cauliflower and cook together
  7. Add in all the sauces
  8. Add in scrambled egg
  9. Place on plate and sprinkle small amount of chopped green onion
